the paint tote on the carpet just outside the wine cellar

A paint tote, also known as a paint tray, or paint brush set, belonging to Patsy Ramsey, was found next to the door of the wine cellar, the room in which JonBenet Ramsey's body was found.

It was eventually discovered that the "garrote" around JonBenet's neck was in fact made out of a paintbrush taken from this tote.
